Saturday Individuals April 27th Gym opens at 7:30am  Competition starts at 8:30am
Beauty/Dress and Best Appearing will be first.
Arrive in enough time to get dressed/hair and make-up.
 
Sunday: All Competition Teams: April 28th
Arrive at: 7:15am Not later!!
Ready to perform.
1-47 needs to be completely dressed and ready to perform!!
If you are late to a competition your child will receive demerits.

Check your e-mails!! There is important information being sent about out February 8th. Please let us know if you did not receive this information. 

Team shirts ordered MUST be turned in by tomorrow at our Disney Practice tomorrow. 

All items needed of the competitions should have already been order.

Team Member Update: 

his is for parade shoes Not Team shoes!!
 
This is a reminder that all shoes and tights should have been paid for this week.
You must go to the web site and submit your payment by this coming Monday morning November 11th.
 
If we do not receive your payment you will be responsible for ordering your child's shoes and tight.
However, if you order the shoes and tights you are looking at additional shipping fees.
If we don't receive your payment by Monday we will send an email with the company's information.
 
Approaching the holidays always delays our merchandise/shipping and distributing all merchandise to the twirlers.
 
Returning twirlers: If you have last years shoes you are welcome to wear your same shoes, if they still fit.
You must let us know.
If you ordered group a group shirt it will be sent with the shoes :)
All twirlers receive a FREE shirt :)

Ending by 12 noon
 
North Lake County
Eustis, Treadway, Astatula, Tavares, all studio classes/Competition Teams

Ending by 4:00pm

Team Costumes


Reminder: Team Costumes must be paid for no later than November 5th.
No exceptions.
We gave you this date at the beginning of the season.
 
If you sold enough cookie dough to cover these costumes: disregard this notice.
 
Please note: no costumes will be ordered until we receive payment.
However, we will NOT hold up team costumes this year.
Getting costumes at the last minute is very stressful.
You must consider we need time to try them on and make sure we have the proper sizes.
Please pay on time.
 
You are more than welcome to pay in advance.
 
Check your dates for other deadlines.

Team Registration/Packets

IF YOU MISSED TEAM REGISTRATION:

You need to pick up your team packet and pay your Team Floor Fees at our listed Recreational Registrations.

You MUST have your packet picked up before the first practice so you can turn in all signed documents.

Please come by the studio:
Saturday, August 25th 10:00 am-12:00 pm
Friday, August 31st 5:00 pm-7:00 pm
 
Please e-mail us or check your old e-mails if you are not sure the Team Floor Fee amount. Twirlers will also receive the 2012-2013 Parade/Group shirt with their registration fee.
 
You will be able to take the packet/team contract home and bring it back at your child's first practice.

September 3rd is a Holiday.
Practices will begin Tuesday, Sept. 4th.

Congratulations

If your try-out number was listed on our Weekly Updates Blog congratulations!!
We look forward to our new competition season.
We have so many great ideas to share!
You will receive a detailed packet about this upcoming year at team registration.
Team will need someone to register and pick up packets on:
Friday, August 10th
Anytime between 5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Team Registration is due at this time also.
Please e-mail us if you need to know this amount.
Please remember this fee covers all of the competition floor fees. They will also receive the 2012-2013 Group/Parade T-shirt with registration.
You will be able to take the packet/team contract home and bring it back at your child's first practice. September 3rd is a Holiday. All practices will be begin the week of Tuesday, September 4.
Please make sure you make arrangements to get your packet August 10th.
